Each pet that walks in through our door is unique and it takes time to find out all the finer details about them, which can make a world of difference when it comes to getting things right for their treatment.
Longer 20-minute consultations
We offer 20 minute long consultation slots, compared to average consulting times of 15 minutes. We want to ensure our veterinary surgeons have enough time to perform a thorough examination, and to hear all of your concerns. It is important to us that we discuss treatment options with you, so that you are better informed about your pet’s health and care.
Nurse Consultations
Our highly experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses also run multiple different consultation types for you and your pet. Our veterinary nurses are able to professionally advise you on many topics such as weight management, grooming and geriatric health. They can also perform blood pressure checks, diabetes clinics, nail trims, anal gland expressions and matted fur removal.
Our ‘little to large’ consultation packages are particularly popular in giving pet owners advice and guidance as their puppy or kitten matures. For more information on any of these consultations please contact a member of the reception team on 0208 368 9798.
